The recruitment journey begins
We launch our first recruitment projects for Slovak and Czech clients. An ad-hoc team, the first dozens of candidates, learning the field hands-on.
ALS HR s.r.o. founded
We officially found the company, headquartered in Bratislava. We specialise in international transport — C+E drivers for DE, AT, BE, NL. The first dozens of long-term partnerships.
Entering HoReCa
We expand the portfolio into the hotel and restaurant sector. We launch our first projects in Italy — placing 113 workers in hotels and restaurants for the summer season.
ADZ licence + 6 areas
We obtain the ADZ licence (temporary employment agency) and expand into 6 areas: drivers, HoReCa, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, management. Thousands of candidates in the active base.
