2. What data we process

Form data (contact, job application, CV submission): first name, surname, email, phone, language, message and attached documents (CV).

CV-builder data you enter voluntarily.

Automatically: IP address, device/browser type and site-usage data (via analytics, only with consent).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Handling your enquiry and recruitment — performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Analytics and marketing — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

Necessary cookies — site functionality, always active.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing (Meta Pixel) — only activated after your consent in the cookie banner. You can change it via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Recipients and processors

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (Google, Meta, Supabase, Vercel) may process data outside the EU; in that case EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards apply.

7. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose and as required by law. CVs and recruitment contacts are kept for 12 months or until consent is withdrawn.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. Send requests to info@alsgroup.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Slovakia: dataprotection.gov.sk).
