This policy applies to the alsgroup.sk website, including the ALS Jobs portal (job advertising for companies).

Form data (contact, job application, CV submission): first name, surname, email, phone, language, message and attached documents (CV).

CV-builder data you enter voluntarily.

Automatically: IP address, device/browser type and site-usage data (via analytics, only with consent).

ALS Jobs portal — data of client companies and their contact persons: company name, registered office, company ID (IČO), tax and VAT numbers, the contact person's name, e-mail and phone, orders, invoices and payments, and records of the conclusion of the contract (date and time of the order, IP address, account identifier and version of the Terms).

Sign in with Google (ALS Jobs portal): if you sign in to your account with Google, we receive from Google only your name, e-mail address and profile picture. We use them solely to create your account and sign you in, keep them together with the account, and do not sell them or use them for advertising; we have no access to any other data in your Google account.

Handling your enquiry and recruitment — performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Analytics and marketing — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Compliance with legal obligations.

ALS Jobs portal — concluding and performing the contract with the Client, invoicing and bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Debt collection, including assignment of receivables to a third party under Art. 9 of the ALS Jobs Terms — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Necessary cookies — site functionality, always active.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing (Meta Pixel) — only activated after your consent in the cookie banner. You can change it via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your data may be processed by our processors:

Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 (štatistika návštevnosti)

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel (marketing/remarketing)

Employers (ALS Jobs portal Clients) — when a candidate responds to their job ad, the candidate's data and CV go to that employer, who is a separate controller for them and is solely responsible for their further processing.

Debt collection agencies, lawyers and assignees of receivables — only when collecting or assigning a receivable against an ALS Jobs portal Client.

Some providers (Google, Meta, Supabase, Vercel, Resend) may process data outside the EU; in that case EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards apply.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose and as required by law. CVs and recruitment contacts are kept for 12 months or until consent is withdrawn.

Data of ALS Jobs portal Clients are kept for the duration of the contract and then for the limitation period for asserting claims. Accounting documents and invoices are kept for 10 years under the Slovak Accounting Act and VAT Act.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent. Send requests to info@alsgroup.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Slovakia: dataprotection.gov.sk).
