We work in two models: a one-off fee per filled position with a replacement guarantee, or monthly invoicing for temporary assignment. Pricing is set based on the roles and volume in your enquiry.
With temporary assignment the workers remain our employees and you pay for hours worked. With recruiting you employ the candidate directly and we charge a one-off fee.
Candidates come from Ukraine, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland and Serbia. Most communicate in Slovak or Czech, some also in English. We handle work permits and onboarding documents.
Once we clarify your enquiry — roles, headcount, shifts, location — we propose a concrete start date. We prepare the first selection of candidates from our own base.
