We understand how manufacturing works
Manufacturing runs on strict quality standards and doesn't stop — 24/7 shift operation, seasonal peaks and delivery deadlines leave no room for staffing gaps. At the same time, operators, welders and maintenance staff are in chronically short supply on the Slovak market, and every unfilled spot on the line drags down the output of the whole shift.
ALS GROUP supplies candidates from Ukraine, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland and Serbia who are used to output targets and shift work. We coordinate work permits, A1 forms and accommodation. Depending on your needs, you choose temporary assignment through our licensed agency or recruiting straight onto your payroll.
Roles we fill in manufacturing
CNC operator
Setting up and operating CNC machines, reading technical drawings, experience with serial production.
Welder (MIG/MAG, TIG)
Welders with valid welding certificates and hands-on experience with steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Production line operator
Assembly, line operation, packing and dispatch — used to shift work and output targets.
Maintenance electrician
Maintenance and repair of production equipment, with valid electrical qualification certificates.
Process technologist
Preparing production procedures, optimising processes, working with technical documentation.
Quality inspector
Incoming, in-process and final inspection, working with measuring tools and quality records.

Frequently asked questions
We work in two models: a one-time fee per filled position with a replacement guarantee, or a monthly rate for temporary assignment. The exact price depends on the positions, headcount and duration of cooperation.
With recruiting, the candidate joins your payroll directly and you pay a one-time fee. With temporary assignment, the worker stays employed by our agency — they work at your site while we handle payroll, contributions and admin.
Candidates come from Ukraine, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland and Serbia. Most communicate in Slovak or Czech, some in English. We take care of work permits, A1 forms and other documents.
Once we clarify your request — positions, headcount, requirements — we propose a concrete timeline. We select from our own candidate base, so the search starts as soon as the request is defined.
