We understand how construction works
A site runs on a schedule, and every slip turns into contractual penalties. You need people in crews that work well together, with valid certificates — from work at heights to electrical qualifications — and ready to move between sites as the project phases demand. On top of that, everyone entering the site has to meet health and safety requirements.
That's why we only send candidates from Ukraine, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland and Serbia whose experience and certificates we have verified up front. We coordinate documents and accommodation ourselves, so onboarding doesn't hold up your schedule. Depending on what the project needs, we work through temporary assignment via our licensed agency or through recruiting — you choose the model that fits the site.
Who we place on construction sites
Bricklayer / mason
Load-bearing and partition masonry, plastering, experience from building construction.
Carpenter / formworker
Formwork for monolithic structures — system and traditional — plus carpentry on the shell stage.
Rebar worker (steel fixer)
Tying and placing reinforcement to rebar drawings, experience with monolithic concrete.
Construction electrician
Site wiring and connections; candidates hold valid electrical qualification certificates.
Drywall installer
Partitions, ceilings and complete drywall systems including jointing and finishing.
Construction helper
Preparation and demolition work, material handling, support for skilled trades on site.

We work in two models: a one-time placement fee with a 90-day replacement guarantee, or a monthly rate for temporary assignment where the workers remain our employees. We prepare a specific offer after clarifying your request — based on positions, headcount and project duration.
With recruiting, you employ the candidate directly and we stand behind the selection. With temporary assignment, the workers are employees of ADZ ALS GROUP s. r. o. and work at your site — we handle wages, contributions and administration.
Candidates come from Ukraine, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland and Serbia. Many communicate in Slovak or Czech; for larger teams we can provide a foreman who speaks the language. We arrange permits and all documents for legal work.
