Job Description

Senec (Slovakia). Base in Senec, international routes Slovakia / Austria – Benelux countries.

The job:

  • Trips between Slovakia / Austria and the Benelux countries
  • Two-driver crew: two drivers on one truck
  • Trailers: mostly thermo-box, a few reefers and curtainsiders
  • No manual pallet swap
  • The company plans the trips as needed; the driver usually does not work on weekends

Pay:

  • Paid for every calendar day of the rotation
  • Driver without ADR: 100 € net / day
  • Driver with ADR: 105 € net / day
  • From the 10th week of the rotation (extension beyond 9 weeks): 110 € net / day
  • Rates apply to each driver in the crew

Roughly:

  • 100 € / day: 3,000 € for 30 days, 3,100 € for 31 days, 6,300 € for a full rotation (63 days)
  • 105 € / day: 3,150 € for 30 days, 3,255 € for 31 days, 6,615 € for a full rotation
  • 110 € / day: 3,300 € for 30 days, 3,410 € for 31 days, 6,930 € for a full rotation

Payout:

  • Per diems for the current month are sent to the account by the last day of the month
  • Salary for the days worked is paid by the 15th of the month

Schedule:

  • 9 + 3 week rotation: 9 weeks on, 3 weeks at home
  • Time at home after the rotation is unpaid

Leave:

  • 20 – 25 days of paid leave per year, depending on age
  • On the 9 + 3 rotation leave accrues pro rata: with 25 days a year that is about 2.08 days per month, i.e. roughly 6 days per rotation (6 days for each of 3 rotations, 7 days for the 4th)

Fleet:

  • Vehicles up to 4 years old, replaced with new ones when the lease ends
  • Tractors Mercedes-Benz, Scania, MAN, Ford, DAF; within about 2 years the fleet is planned to move mostly to Mercedes-Benz and Scania

Documents: EU passport, residence permit or temporary protection.

Requirements:

  • C+E licence, CPC, driver card
  • International transport experience
  • Willingness to work the 9 + 3 week rotation
  • Willingness to drive in a two-driver crew (two drivers per truck)
  • ADR is an advantage (higher daily rate)
  • Documents accepted: EU passport, residence permit or temporary protection

What we offer:

  • 100 – 110 € net for every calendar day of the rotation, per driver (roughly 3,000 – 3,410 € / month, 6,300 – 6,930 € per rotation)
  • From the 10th week of the rotation (extension beyond 9 weeks) 110 € net / day
  • Per diems by the last day of the month, salary for days worked by the 15th
  • Mostly thermo-box trailers, no manual pallet swap
  • The company plans the trips; the driver usually does not work on weekends
  • Vehicles up to 4 years old (Mercedes-Benz, Scania, MAN, Ford, DAF), replaced with new ones after leasing
  • 20 – 25 days of paid leave per year depending on age (around 6 days per rotation)
